Prior to publishing this course the audio plays well with no issues. There are no triggers or layers for the slide producing this error other than the "next" and "previous" button. Upon publishing the course and uploading it to Absorb the audio on the slide stops half way through and refuses to play/continue. Any ideas?
The best way to find the cause of the audio hiccup is to see how the course plays in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud, an industry-standard LMS testing tool.
