Course gets stuck / Blank screen occasionally.

I am facing an blank screen issue within the course on different topics for different users. 
Any suggestion to resolve the same?

  • Are the users all taking the same course, or are these different courses?
  • How are you hosting the course? LMS or the web?
  • Is there a specific browser being used, or is this being experienced through all browsers?

Now, the best way to find the blank screen's cause is to see how the content loads in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud, a free LMS testing tool.

Hi Ren and Katie,

I have tried it and facing the issue in SCORM Cloud too.
Below is the scenario:

  • Select English
  • One slide before the Knowledge Check slide
  • Click the Next button
  • Before loading the Next page click the Previous button 2 times
  • Once I redirected to the previous screen/Slide (2 slide before)
  • Double click the Next button
  • Again click Previous as it was taking time to load

On continuing this process the course got stuck/blocked and blank screen appears.
A Compressor file is added in the course to resolve the bookmarking issue as suggested in forum and it is working fine now.

I am sharing the dummy course files with your team too.

Please help out asap as the course is Live.
