Does anyone know if it's possible to bulk import terms/definitions into the Glossary section of the Storyline player (using Storyline 360)? I have about 50 terms and definitions saved in a spreadsheet and am looking for a quicker way to get them all in there without having to copy/paste each one individually.
While there currently isn't a built-in option to bulk import terms into the Glossary, I'm going to attach your discussion to this feature request's report. That way, you'll receive an email notification once there's any forward movement.
A quick pro-tip that a glossary can be reused in another Storyline project. The easiest way to achieve that is to create a Storyline Template using a file that already has the glossary. Then, begin the second project using the template that contains the glossary.
Hope that helps, and we're here if you have any more questions!

Can the Glossary be saved as part of a custom player? I have completed 4 modules which will share the same Glossary and Resources, however I didn't include them in my original template. I'm hoping to not have to copy/paste each term into all 4 modules, since the decision to include it was made long after template creation. If I must, I must, though.
When you add a glossary to a course, these items are saved within your project, not within your player. (This means that if you save your player and apply the player to other projects, the glossary won't be applied with it.)
If you want to reuse the same glossary in another project, we recommend saving the original project as a Storyline template. When you're ready to begin a new project, use the template as your starting point by clicking Import > Import from story template on the Storyline start screen.
Here's a full tutorial if you'd like to take a look.
Today we released an exciting new feature for Storyline 360: glossary import and export! You'll find this feature in Storyline 360, build 3.30.19518.0. You can see more details on how to use it in this post.
To install, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline. Details here.
