HTML5 support varies widely across browsers--a bit technical and a bit political why. Take a bunch of different browsers to this URL - http://html5test.com -- and it will be eye-opening.
Until things settle down, supporting HTML5 is a bit of a moving target--especially since the final spec for it is not ratified yet. Again, not Articulate and more the browser companies.
I know the results are widely variable, and I am not expecting to really use it, but when I try to load the story_html5.html file in IE9, i get the browser unsupported message. I guess I have to comment out the browser detection script to see what happens

If you're still foloowing this thread: did you have success commenting out the detection script? Did you end up changing that script at all?

Hi, Eric!
I've actually never tried that yet. Haven't had a client project yet that needed it. Maybe Paul has more to share on commenting out that section.
I did not have any success with it, but did not have the time to spend on it - it was more of a curiosity thing.
