Changing the Assessment Results Document

Hi,

Is there any way to change the "correct and incorrect" terms to something else.  I realize I used a quiz question, which has to have a correct/incorrect answer.  However, can I still have the functionality of having a "correct" answer, but just change the correct/incorrect terms?

I'd like the results page to say "Excellent" and "Needs some work" rather than correct and incorrect in the results column.
