Clickable objects not working properly on iPad

Have a course that uses click and reveals - click an object to display a layer.

Discovered today that these objects are not working, or working inconsistently when viewed on an iPad.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Steve, 

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. 

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

  1. Do you have your course published to LMS? If yes, are you able to replicate the behavior when you publish to Review 360? 
  2. If the course is hosted on an LMS, have you tried testing in a different LMS to see if the issue is LMS specific? 
  3. Does the iPad have all of the latest available updates installed?
  4. Does the issue happen when you test the course on Android devices? 

Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Hi Joe --

I was able to replicate the issue on our LMS. We first heard about this from a reviewer looking at a course on Review. I made a course with examples of the issue and posted it to Review: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/c8cb7f46-32ad-4119-8d0a-1645fdcf3c5c/review

Haven't tried it on a different LMS.

My iPad has the latest updates, not sure about our outside reviewer.

Don't have an Android device to try it on, sorry.
