I get the result percentage correct on the final results slide, but the score is not transmitting to my LMS even when in publishing I mark to have that final result slide to be the tracking slide.
Anyone having the same issues and then managed to resolve it? Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Erin - you can submit a case like Wendy offered. We also have an upload form that you can use to send your file to us. I can keep an eye out for it.
Hi there! I had a look at your file, and you have everything set up properly.
We have identified an issue where the HTML5 output of a course that combines multiple results slides is not reporting accurately to the LMS.
I know that's not great news for you right now, but we're working with out team to prioritize this issue and investigate a fix.
As a workaround, the Flash output reports accurately to the LMS. If you change your publishing settings to Flash first with HTML5 as a fallback, you should see improved reporting behavior.
I'll be sure to tag this discussion for an update!
Great news! We just released another update for Articulate 360, and included a few important fixes and new features that you'll see in the release notes here.
The item you'll be interested in is how we fixed the issue where a result slide that combines the scores of other result slides wouldn't report a score to an LMS in HTML5 output.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

Hello Joyce! We can definitely help figure out why your LMS isn't receiving the ultimate score. Let's double-check a couple of things:
If you'd like to share your .story file here, I'm happy to test it out as well.
Hey Crystal,
1. LMS Reporting Options: pass/incomplete
2. SCORM Cloud: When I answer the quiz questions and get the result on the final results slide it stays marked as incomplete.
I would be happy to share the module. Can I do it as a private message vs. on the message board? I really appreciate the help.
-Erin
