Hi everyone, i have a problem with completing the course on the LMS. I have a pre-work quiz and i sent it to the client to test it on their LMS (they are using Success Factor) but the Quiz never gave them a complete or passed. I tried to use a complete course when the user clicks the button trigger. also, I tried the Complete using Quiz result slide but neither worked on the LMS. Do I miss something? or the issue from their LMS? can you help? Thanks in Advanced
I haven't seen this problem recently, but I'm happy to investigate!
Which Storyline 360 update are you using to publish the content? We fixed an issue in build 3.42.22734.0, where the Course Completion trigger did not work in LMSs, so I wonder if this is related.
If this is happening on the latest update, could you share the .story file with us? We'll run a test in SCORM Cloud and share our findings. Simply use this link to send it privately.
