Course Tracks Fine in SCORM Cloud but NOT in LMS

Hi,
Anyone run into a course created in Storyline (we're on version 3) that works in SCORM Cloud but not on the LMS? We have a client using a custom LMS and our course marks complete and incomplete correctly in SCORM Cloud, but does NOT in their LMS. Ugh.
We cannot move forward until we get it to track correctly in their LMS. What happens in their LMS is that when then close out on the second to last slide (scored question slide) in the course, it marks the course as "Complete" in their LMS. It does NOT do this in SCORM Cloud. We have the LMS settings in Storyline to "track using quiz result" and "result slide to report", which is the completion slide (last slide in the course).
Any ideas on things we can try in Storyline to fix this or is it an LMS issue? I heard that we could try Dispatch via SCORM Cloud to get it to track correctly on their LMS, but we're not sure how to do that.

SCORM Cloud is the de-facto LMS testing tools, so I'd point the finger squarely at the LMS.

The LMS company thinks it is our Story file and they want to play around with it, but I agree with you, and strongly believe it is their LMS.
Do you think there is another way to update the Story file so it works in their LMS?

Hi Jason,
If you need more info to share with your LMS team, look at enabling LMS debug mode. Then you'll see the information that your LMS is receiving from Storyline. You could even compare it to what you get at SCORM Cloud.

I agree with Brian here and it sounds like you'd need to look to the LMS.
One thing from the file side of things is that you could take a look at your reporting options to see if another works better with your particular LMS:
