A co-worker and I are having this same issue: when accessing the Content Library through SL360, Studio, or Rise, the search results load 30 photo thumbnails, then the rest of the results are the triangle/exclamation point icon (see attached screen shot) (or the broken file icon in Rise). It's always 30 thumbnails, and it happens on any search term.
Any idea what the problem is, and how it can be resolved?
Sorry to hear about your difficulties with the content library not loading. I would advise you also check this discussion about the same issue. One of the issues is with the user on a VPN and the other suggestion was checking the network endpoints and ports.
