Content not launching successfully in LMS

Can someone help me troubleshoot a course and how it interacts with the LMS? When my content launches, I get a popup window that says "Please close window." That's usually the screen that shows when the user has completed the course and clicks the exit button. What do I need to change to fix this?

Hi Joanne, 

Was it in the title of the course or in the file name? The latter may be problematic as you'll want to only use alpha numeric characters there. 

You could also look at testing it within SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content.  Here are more directions on how to conduct the testing at SCORM Cloud.
