Course Freezes When Transitioning from Course to Test

Hello Articulate Community,

I am working on a course with test down functionality. It is set up as follows:

• There is ONE question bank and question draw. This is used for both the Pre-Test and the Post-Test.
• At the beginning of the course, the user has a slide where they choose whether to take the Test Down Version or the Full Version of the course.
  1. If they select the Test Down Version, they are directed to the Pre-Test.
     • If they PASS the Pre-Test, they are directed to a short version of the course, the Test Down Version. They do NOT have to take a Post-Test after completing this Test Down Version.
     • If they FAIL the Pre-Test, they are directed to the Full Version of the course. They then have to take the Post-Test after completing the Full Version.
  2. If they select the Full Version, they are directed to the Full Version of the course (do NOT take Pre-Test). They then have to take the Post-Test after completing the Full Version.
      

In Review 360, everything is functioning correctly. However, once I load the course into our LMS (Sum Total), the course FREEZES when transitioning from the Full Course to the Post-Test IF the learner takes the path: Take Pre-Test --> Fail Pre-Test --> Take Full Course --> Take Post Test.  

Has anyone in the community experienced a similar situation? I’d be very grateful for any advice you can provide.
