Hello! I searched but couldn't find this exact issue although I know I can't be the FIRST. I have a course that appears to have all of the proper settings in the file (SL3) and works just fine in Scorm Cloud, but once it's published to our LMS it's marking as Completed as soon as it's launched. I've tried launching and exiting after the first screen and it already says Complete.
Any ideas on whether this is an LMS quirk or if there's something in the course that might be triggering? It's set to view 13 of 14 slides, mark Complete/Incomplete. No other reports of courses with similar issues in our LMS thus far.

Great move to test the file in SCORM Cloud. If the course reports correctly there, that tells us that the issue lies within the LMS' output.
What LMS are you using? They may be other folks using the same, who can point you in the right direction!
