Course not updating as complete for one user

For our new hire training I've bundled several SL2 courses into a curriculum. I have one user who is going through the training but the courses aren't updated as complete. This has happened for every SL2 course she's gone through so far; she is the only user this has happened to as this curriculum has been around for a while and I haven't seen this issue before. Does anyone know what might be preventing a course from being marked complete? e.g. could it be a Java or Flash issue? She's using Internet Explorer and her O/S is Windows 7.

Hi, Adrienne -- Sorry to hear of your employee's difficulty!

Please check out this info on our System Requirements to make sure she is using supported versions, and also, would it be possible for you to test some of the courses in question in the SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same behavior?
