We are working with Storyline 3 and a few of our published courses are playing audio but not showing any images. We have others that do not display the yes or no button to resume.
It is across many different browsers - we can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to who this is impacting.
If it's across multiple files and browsers, have you looked at testing it outside the current hosting environment? You could try uploading into another LMS such as SCORM Cloud, or for websites, you could use Amazon S3 or look at uploading to Tempshare.
We have tested it in SCORM Cloud. It is working there. We are also working with our LMS provider for solutions. I am just checking to see if anyone else has experienced this.
