Course redirect at the last quiz/Assessment page.

Hello everyone,

I have been working on a project in storyline 360. However, I faced the issue with the resume course.

Course always resume/redirect at the last page of the assessment/Quiz question when exit from the result page.

The course should redirect at result page.

Can anyone have the solution for this?

Learner have three attempts.

Setting set for course:

On restart:Always resume:

Hi Akash,

Happy to help! I'd like to gather a few key details from you to start:

  • Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.26.18364.0 in the bottom-right corner. 
  • Did you publish with SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or something else?
  • Have you tested the output in another environment, like SCORM Cloud?

Are the results being communicated to the LMS prior to Exiting the course? 

With the resume happening at the same place each time, it may be that you're hitting the suspend data limits. Have you published using SCORM 2004 to see if this behavior is improved?

You may want to consider updating to the latest for Storyline 360 as well, which is now Build 3.26.18364.0 as Alyssa mentioned. You can read all of the details here.
