Hello! I've got some Storyline courses that are not marking complete when I package them as an xAPI. They do mark complete when I export it as a SCORM. Any idea what is going on? Thanks!
If your course works properly when published in SCORM format but not in xAPI, you'll first want to make sure that your LMS fully supports xAPI. This article has a helpful document that you can use as a reference to check if your LMS can host xAPI content:
If your LMS fully supports xAPI, try testing your xAPI content in SCORM Cloud. If your course still doesn't report completion in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
