Courses updated in 360 from Storyline 2 and reuploaded to SuccessFactors no longer automatically play

I recently republished Storyline 2 courses in 360 and used the HTML5/Flash publish setting. When I tested it in our LMS (SuccessFactors), the course no longer automatically plays. It displays a play button (see attachment) then plays normally once clicked but I'd prefer auto-play.  Is there a way to change it to auto-play? Thank you much. K
