I've been wondering if it would be possible to create a true/false quiz with multiple sentences. Let me clear. In one slide, i'd like to have eights sentences, and the user could choose between true or false for each one.
The attached example is a working copy of the question you provided in your Presentation1.jpg file.
I created the check boxes using rectangle shapes and added a Selected state to each box. In addition, I also grouped each pair of boxes as a button set so that either the True or the False box could be selected for each answer, but not both. Finally I converted the slide to a Pick Many freeform slide.
I have set the correct answer to each question as True.
The same method works with check boxes too, in case you don't want to use custom shapes.
Just add as many check boxes as you need, create a pick many activity, selecting the correct options in 'form view' and then create button sets for each True/False pair.
As David has said above, use the check boxes as they already have all the necessary states built into them. No point in creating your own when Articulate have already done all the hard work for you !

Thank you so much Ned, that was quiet helpful !

Hi David,
You are, of course, absolutely correct. If only I didn't answer some of these posts late at night, I might not miss the blindingly obvious !!

Hi Ned, I didn't think of the obvious when I first looked in to this either!
Your solution is way better than what I had in mind originally!
