I would like to know how to create a custom state. Looking at the course on variable and in the video talks about adding a custom state but does not show how it's done. Could someone help me out with this one.
Just to clarify, are you looking to have the learner input text and then generate text-to-speech within the course or something different? I want to be sure I understand what you're looking to achieve.
Thanks for confirming what you're looking to do. We currently have a feature request logged for real-time text-to-speech. I’ll go ahead and include your voice, and we’ll update this discussion if this feature makes it on our feature roadmap!

This part of the User Guide has details about working with States, including how to add and edit them: https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-360/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-add-and-edit-states
Thanks for your reply! This is what I'm trying to do. Please see attachment.
The link I provided above has instructions for how to do that.
Good afternoon, is it possible to add a text variable in text-to-speech?
Thank you,
