After publishing in Storyline, I noticed that all of my hyperlinks (which are under Markers) are dead links. I a trigger set to go to the appropriate site, I even tested the trigger before publishing and it successfully navigates to appropriate location. Once I publish, it is not longer available.
Are you publishing locally? If so, that may be why the links aren't working. The recommendation is to publish to where your content will ultimately reside, or to one of the locations provided in this support link - which has more info.
