Disable the menu tabs after learner completes a certain topics

Firstly, I must say that the forum here is splendid ! Thanks for all the contributions, a great way to exchange learning !

I have a question that deals with the menu tabs. Suppose a learner has to complete 2 topics of a certain module. And upone completing his first topic can the menu tab be disable or if he mouse over that topic in the menu tab, it shows a layer that tells him that he has completed ?

You'd need to check with support about Q1

When you let me know you have downloaded the files I will delete them from my system
