I've used a simple freeform drag and drop, but the drop zones are not being recognised. I've tested with all the Drag and Drop options, changing the drop zone shapes, but it's still not working.
it seems that if you use the shape "callouts" as a drag object it doesn´t work, but changing the drag items to rectangulars it´s working again. A workaround if you really want to use speech bubbles is to use captions instead of callout shapes.
I attached a video where I show you what I mean. I have no mic so I hope my text overlay helps a little to understand what I´m doing.
This sounds really similar to an issue we just reported to our team where a freeform drag and drop breaks when drag object has a text box added and shuffle answers is enabled. This issue appeared in Update 12 of Storyline 360.

We pushed out a fix for this issue where drag-and-drop interactions wouldn't work in HTML5 output when shuffling was enabled and drag items had states with text boxes.
To use the latest update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

Susi, you are my hero! Converting the callouts to captions worked.
But then it wouldn't recognise the correct drops as Correct. So I then turned the drop zones into rectangles and it now works.
