I created a project with Storyline (http://db.tt/9Sxg0RvJ) and embed my video from youtube on slide 5. In my browser on my PC everything is fine. But when I try to watch the same project on my iPad in the Arcticulate Mobile Player I can't see the video. The progress bar in the player shows me that something is going on but the slide is empty :-( If I insert the video directly everything is fine, but to save webspace I prefer to embed the video.
Hi, same problem here... but as webobject you can't detect the end of the video... any way to do that or make working an embed (not webobject) youtube video in Ipad or detecting the end of a video in webobject.

Christian, I see the same thing when I try your link. Did you try inserting the video as a web object?
Christian,
Here's what I'd do...
1. Open up Notepad.
2. Copy the YouTube embed code.
3. Paste Embed code into Notepad.
4. Save Notepad file as index.html and place inside a folder.
5. In Storyline, insert web object. Click folder icon and point to the folder you created.
This will pull in the index.html file that contains the code.
I've found this to work on the iPad.

Oh...the amazing David Fair also has another method...

This method is far superior to my original idea.
@Michael: No, I didn't insert the video as a webobject. Seems to be the reason for my problem like Mike described in his tips.
@Mike: Thanks a lot for your tips. I will test this out tomorrow. Good to know all the parameters I can use

Hi Juanjo! This thread here seems very similar. Did Ashley's response help you out with this as well?
