Hi everyone, I am trying to upload a quiz developed in Articulate Storyline 360 to knowbe4 platform. It is showing one error i.e 406 Data Model Element Type Mismatch: the provided value is longer than the maximum allowed size(250 characters). Does anyone know why it is showing this?
I'd recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the error message you're getting is specific to when your content is uploaded to KnowBe4 LMS.
If the issue is specific to your LMS, I found this support documentation from KnowBe4 which contains some troubleshooting steps that you can try to resolve the issue:
