ERROR PUBLISHING

Hello, I have been having issues publishing a course to articulate 360.

This hasn't been successful due to a repetitive error.

I have tried reinstalling the storyline application,

I have also created a new project and imported the initial project to the new project but the error still persists.

Good morning, kazeem. So sorry you're seeing that error!

Do you run into this issue when trying to publish any project file or just the one in your screenshot?

With your permission, I'd like to test an affected .story to try to nail down the culprit. If that works for you, here's where you can share the file privately with me. I'll let you know what I find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.

Thanks for the response, I only have the issue while publishing a course.

However, I was able to spot the error. I discovered the error was from the custom result template I tried to download from the list of custom templates.

After I use the default result slide and published, I didn't have the error again.

I would have updated this earlier.
