I'm trying to use the eyedropper in 360, but it's not picking up the correct color I'm trying to eye drop. For example, when I hover over orange it shows up as green. I'm on a Lenovo laptop, using Windows 10, connected to multiple monitors. When I disconnect from the other monitors and just use the laptop, it works just fine. Any suggestions for making this work on multiple monitors? The laptop screen is so small!
I don't know if you got your eyedropper issue sorted, but I was having the same problem. I changed the resolution on my screens (laptop and two external monitors) so that they are all the same. That did the trick for me.
Another thing you mentioned is having captions default to enabled. You can manage that through the variables settings. Open the variables from the trigger panel (1) then click the "Built-In" tab (2). Scroll down until you see "Player.DisplayCaptions" and change the default value to True (3).
Still not fixed. I was going nuts trying to pick colors and finally found this thread. I did disconnect my second monitor and was able to pick my colors with no trouble on my laptop, but it did NOT work on my second screen. Back to the drawing board Articulate. :(
Issue reappeared for me with the latest update. The solution I have found is to close SL, turn off your second monitor. Open SL and then turn on the second monitor. Then it works fine.
