I have some projects where the fonts come through all garbled when viewed through our lms. The weird thing is, it' not consistent to the instance or the browser. i even noticed that when viewed with chrome the fonts are serif fonts but the project has all san serif fonts.
Any insights? I am tending to think the issue is with the LMS but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. thanks.
We've seen this happen in a few instances as well, and the LMS or the browser that it's being displayed in is likely the cause. This article is pretty comprehensive in terms of the ways to fix it and things to look into. Another idea would be to test the course outside your LMS, in SCORM Cloud for example and that would also help narrow down the cause.

here is a minor illustration of it happening. it has replaced the ff's with a box. the font is "source Sans Pro (headings)".\

Have you tried checking "Use Modern Text?" in Slide Master?
