Getting rid of additional play button at course start

Hi. 

I am using Storyline to create some non-interactive pieces to embed into Rise.  I am publishing them to Review to then load as the Storyline block in Rise.  These are displaying a "YouTube" style play button on a blank screen that must be clicked prior to the main screen of the video.  Does anyone know how to remove this secondary button as I only want to display the navigation in the (Modern) skin for these videos.  

PS. I am having another issue where if I try to publish these items as video - the item just sits and does not complete the publishing.  I left one "processing" over night to no avail. As such, this is not currently an option since I need to complete the overall project expeditiously.   I am publish from my desktop to another desktop folder to save time.
