Getting Storyline to Fit Inside Moodle Frame w/o scrolling left-right

Hello,

We have a client with whom we have completed our initial user acceptance testing. In this experience, 2 out of the 6 users (33% of a rather sample size, but significant when scaling to a larger audience) experienced issues with the way in which the Storyline SCORM file was viewed in the Moodle LMS. In their experience, they had to scroll left-to-right to view the full screen (see attachments - FYI: logo is marked out in white in top left). 

One user noted she is using Windows 8 with the Accessibility Settings activated, while the other was on the newest version of Windows and no additional accommodation settings selected. We have contacted Moodle, but we are still stuck. Can you suggest to us a solution for this? Do you, perhaps, have a list of tech specs that you may recommend for optimal viewing?
