Having issues with videos published to HTML5 in Storyline

Hi all, I'm at my wits end with this and I'm hoping someone in the Articulate Community might see what I'm missing or have some insight. I've got 4 modules that are very video heavy and we're in full freak out because the videos won't play consistently. I understand that MP4s require the correct server MIME type so I'm investigating that. 

However, the videos seem to play fine in one module but not the others, so I'm thinking the MIME type really isn't the issue. In some cases the videos seem to finally begin playing but often not from the beginning and the video controls disappear (they are there when you first go to the video page but then disappear if/when the video finally begins playing).

I have the videos set to play automatically and I also know that's a known issue for HTML5. I'm going to try removing that from the modules and see if that makes a difference. But in the meantime, has anyone run into this issue?
