Good Morning,
I can not open my application Storyline, every time I try to access a message that says to me:
Flash player 10 or higher for Internet Explorer is requiered to rum Articulate Storyline. Would I like to go to your web page to download it now?
Working with Windows 8.1 (64 bit) and I have installed the 16.0.0 version of flash player. I followed the steps: enabled flash on and off ActiveX Filtering. Still can not I open the application.
Please can someone help?

have you downloaded the latest SL2 update that deals with flash v16 issues? Update 3

Its OK, you people have helped me a lot, but finally the issue has been resolved or not ???? Let us wait for the update form Laura. :)

It's resolved for Storyline 2 and Replay - our team is working on the other ones!
Finally I've solved by installing an earlier version of flash.

Storyline 1 is also now updated for this issue with Flash player 16. You'll want to download update 8 for Storyline 1 here.

In this URL (http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/issues-addressed-in-the-latest-articulate-storyline-update) , Update 1 to 8 are available.
A list of issues have been fixed in each update and released as a patch to update SL1.
If I download "UPDATE 8" directly, then,
a) will it have all the other update (1-7) patches inside it? or
b) will it have "update 8" patch only?.
Please Confirm.

each update of Storyline is a full installation with all previous updates - it is not just a patch.
