I am not seeing any shadows under the text inside the caption area. Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the shadows that you'd like to remove so we can see what you mean?
Yes, I understand, but I will have to do that to several 100 captions. Is there a way to change it so that they aren't generated automatically with the shadow text?

Here is what I'm seeing. I changed the design color, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

default for caption text is "shadow on"
Yes, but is there a way to turn that off?
Hi Michael!
If you click on that Text Shadow button Jürgen pointed out, you will be able to remove the shadow you see on the text within your project.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing this shadow after trying this.
