How to Replay Audio on a Layer

I have a slide with 5 layers, each with a graphic and audio. Once the audio plays for a layer I want a way for the learner to access that layer again to see the picture and hear the audio.

What I tried: I added a hot spot to show the layer again but the audio didn't play. I then tried changing the slide layer property for revisits, first to Reset to initial state and then to Resume to saved state. Neither worked.

Is it possible to do this? What's the trick?
