I have old articulate storyline files that I have converted to HTML. For the most part most of them converted without issues. I have one file that renders in our LMS development environment correctly, but when it is moved to production it is asking for Flash (which has now been discontinued). The process to convert I follow are : 1- open old file, ok to get upgraded backup file; 2- Update the player to modern player; 3- Preview; 4- Publish (to desktop LMS: SCORM1.2) /create zip. Has anyone experienced this issue? Thank you
Thanks for reaching out! I'm glad to hear the process has been mostly smooth! It's odd that one file causing issues works fine in the development environment of your LMS but asks about Flash once you've moved it to production!
Have you tried testing it in a different environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to see if you can replicate the issue there?
