How do I get the imported .mov iphone video to play properly within Storyline? They appear horizontally. I know Storyline converts video files automatically to the proper format so I'm assuming the horizontal issue is due to the odd dimensions of an iphone video. Running the video through Video Encoder works but rather go with the "fiddle free" option first if possible. What's the trick I'm missing?
