I am having an issue with the illustrations in my Storyline 360, I can add all other items from the content library but when I try to search any illustration i get the attached image. Can anyone suggest what may be my issue?
Our team is seeing the same issue this AM, so we're investigating and will keep you posted here! In the meantime, the information you'd want to ensure was set correctly for enabling the network endpoints and ports is listed here.
I'll let you know as soon as I have more to share!
The issue where you were unable to search Illustrations and Videos in Content Library 360 is resolved! Sorry for the trouble it caused you, and thanks for alerting us here.
Hello - Our team recently acquired Articulate and none are able to add illustrations. Are you "whitelisting" these in Articulate, through an admin setting, or in your internet browser? Apologies but we're not familiar with this process.
Sorry you've hit a roadblock. I'm happy to help get you back up and running!
We're improving the Articulate 360 sign-in experience and have added a new network endpoint on Update 30. For first steps, you may need to ask your IT team to allowlist id.articulate.com along with a few more endpoints. More details here, and you can view all of the network endpoints here!
If there's anything else I can answer, I'll be here!
If your company has locked down specific websites, your company's IT department will be the ones who will need to whitelist these domains. You will just need to provide them with the information Kevin listed above.

Hey Kevin!
Have you checked your overall download speed and that you've enabled the network endpoints as detailed here?
If you'd like to work with our Support Engineers, they can take a look at all the system settings and anything else that could interfere with this.

Hey Alyssa,
Thanks very much for your assistance with this matter, I got my IT department to add the endpoints as suggested but it still would not work.
I then contacted the Support Engineers as suggested and got a very quick response with a suggestion to also whitelist the following pages;
*.pixabay.com
*.unsplash.com
*.cloudfront.net
*.vimeo.com
*.vimeocdn.com
Everything is now working great and I can't wait to start using the Illustrations in my designs.
Thanks very much for all the great help that you all provide.
That's fantastic news, Kevin! Thanks for the update and for sharing the solution. Best of luck on the rest of your project!

I also have the same problem, but I don't understand what I have to do? where should I enter those domains?
Not working for me. I'm having the same issue as Kevin Fox. Triangles with "!" in them.
We are having the same issues adding things from the content library!
Same issue... When I try to search the illustrations I can see them but not to download!

Hi there, Rich. Welcome to Articulate!
Allowlist is usually done by someone who administers your network settings. Does anyone on your end manage firewall settings for your internet access?
If that doesn't match your setup, please let us know, and we'll try to help further!
I get a message telling me that i'm not connected to the internet - but I am. Any ideas?
