Issue when publishing a SL3 course that include a question bank on AICC/ HTML5

Hello,

I am having an issue when publishing a SL3 course that include a question bank (course was originally created on SL2).

The format on which I am having the issue: AICC/ HTML5.

--> on published version, when clicking on the "Submit" button nothing happen (player and custom, I have tried both)

It works well when publishing AICC/Flash.

Does anyone has an idea why it would not work on AICC/ HTML5 when it is working on AICC/ Flash?

Thanks,

Hubert

Hi Alyssa,

Thanks for this good remark.

I have created the course as detail in the post "SCORM Cloud".

I am having an issue with the location of the course: it is on an internal network drive, so cannot be access by SCORM Cloud.

I do not have priviledges to allow access for this test.

If I send you the published course, can you make the test?

Hi Alyssa,

Thanks for this detailled advice.

I have manage to load the AICC/HTML5 course on Scorm -cloud.

I am observing the same issue that on the corerstone LMS:

I can access the course start page, strat the quizz: I am getting the first question on which I can select the answer. But when it comes to clicking on the "SUBMIT" button nothing happen.

(both submit button from the player and a custom made)

--> I am not having the "correct" or "incorrect" feedback layer displaid.

Can we say that ther is an issue when publishing on AICC/ HTML5?

I you want to see by yourself, I can invite you to the course. Are you having a support e-mail address that I can invite to teh course?

Thanks for your active support!display of the evlautaion course on Scorm Cloud. I cannot validate my answer. Questions are in a SL3 question bank.

Thanks for sharing your file with me, Hubert! I'm seeing the same issue in my testing, so I'd like to enlist the help of our Support Engineers. I'm going to share your file with them, and they'll reach out to you as soon as they have tested it. Thanks for your patience as we work to find out what's causing this problem!
