I am facing an issue with storyline published in other languages such as Thai and Japanese. The learners are able to view the Thai or Japanese characters throughout the e-learning using our LMS (Administrate) including the quiz. However, the Thai or Japanese answers chosen by the learners are not able to be displayed in our LMS report. There is no issue with English e-learning.
May I know how to solve this issue. I am using Arial Unicode MS for the non-English characters.
Our support from Administrate support is not able to assist us with this.
Welcome, Jack. You came to the right place for help!
Are you comfortable with sharing the affected .story file for troubleshooting? That way, I can test the reporting settings in SCORM Cloud–a free, industry-standard testing LMS tool!
If that works for you, you can upload the course privately by using this link. Also, what version of Storyline are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.

Hi Katie,
I am using storyline 360 v3.34.20804.0. Due to company's policy, I can only upload a sample quiz .story file to the link provided.
Thanks for sharing your file with me for a closer look, Jack! Confirming receipt, and I'll be in touch in our case soon.
