LMS publish issue - code descriptor

Hi,

I am having an issue with my published Storyline lessons and the LMS. I believe it could be a scorm issue. Does anyone know how I can fix this? In Storyline, I have the option of publishing to the LMS either “Scorm 1.2” or “Scorm 2004”. I have chosen the Scorm 2004 option. When the lessons are loaded onto the LMS the I get this descriptor at the top of every screen. (See the images attached) there is also a Suspend and Quit, I don’t know what these are.

Any chance someone has seen this before and know how I can fix it? Thank you if anyone can help me.
