LMS Timeout Issue

Hello.
I currently use Articulate 360 to create and publish courses on the LMS Saba. One of our current courses runs about 1 hour and we have had an issue where users leave their training open while they complete something else work related. They come back to the training and complete it later (sometimes a day later and they've just left their browser open) but the LMS doesn't register the training as complete.
Has anyone discovered a solution for this when published in HTML5. We don't currently support Flash so that unfortunately is not an option.

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 69, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the enhancements we've included is:
Notify learners when they lose their internet connection so they don't lose their progress.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
