I also wanted to ask, are you seeing the same behavior when you test your published output in the SCORM Cloud, as it is the industry standard for LMS testing?
Typically, if you do not encounter the same issues in the SCORM Cloud as you are seeing in your LMS, it may be helpful to reach out to your provider directly for additional guidance.
I am not extracting scores from the item, so I have not posted it as a SCORM. Instead, I have placed the item in the Blackboard Learn Content Collection, grabbed the permalink of the HTML5, and placed it in an iFrame. It is working in all browsers except Chrome for Mac, and this just began about a week ago.
Would you still like the file? Should I perhaps contact Blackboard support? Any advice you can give would be helpful.
The SCORM Cloud will display as a link rather than an embedded object, correct?
Hi, Sarah -- As I am not able to speak on using Blackboard firsthand, it may be a good idea to go ahead and reach out to to them directly. And the reason I requested your file is so that I can publish it on my machine and do some testing of the published output via the link that would be generated by the SCORM Cloud.
