Matching drop-down quiz questions not displaying correctly after publish

I have 1 matching drop-down question as part of a 10 question quiz. When I preview the slide, I see the Select instruction for each answer just like it should be. However, in the published output I see the correct answer to the first drop-down question populated in each answer field instead of the Select instruction. 

This is the only question where the shuffle option is unavailable- it's greyed out.  In an earlier version of this course (1 month ago), this was not an issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Carol,

Yes, if you published for LMS, you'll want to upload the content to your LMS or to SCORM Cloud to test it. If you view a course on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. Let us know how it performs in your LMS!
