I have 1 matching drop-down question as part of a 10 question quiz. When I preview the slide, I see the Select instruction for each answer just like it should be. However, in the published output I see the correct answer to the first drop-down question populated in each answer field instead of the Select instruction.
This is the only question where the shuffle option is unavailable- it's greyed out. In an earlier version of this course (1 month ago), this was not an issue.
Hi Carol, have you tried publishing to the intended environment Web or LMS and see if it works correctly? Sometimes previewing doesn't show the same as what will happen when published.
Yes, if you published for LMS, you'll want to upload the content to your LMS or to SCORM Cloud to test it. If you view a course on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. Let us know how it performs in your LMS!

Like Wendy mentioned, you'll want to upload the content to the environment for which it was published. An easy way to test a file is to publish it for Web and upload it to Tempshare. Give that a try, and let us know how you make out!

I published for LMS using the same settings as before when it worked as it should. Are you saying that it may work fine when viewed from the LMS?
