I have a matching quiz question that I want to reset to Initial state when the user clicks the Try Again button. However I can't figure out how to do that. I set the try again button to jump to the same slide but now you don't see the choices at all. Previously it would return to the base layer, but the choices would not go back to their inital state. Anyone know how to make the choices go back to their initial state??
I am having issues with the Matching Drag and Drop quiz. It seems I am following the steps but after clicking the Try Again button the screen goes blank. I have the base layer set to set to resent to initial state when the user clicks the Try Again button. I am new to Storyline so I am not positive I have the triggers set up appropriately.
Thanks for your help on this!

Thank you for your help on this. I am new to Storyline so I am sure I am missing something. There is just so much you can do with Storyline so I figure there has to be a way to make the responses go back to their initial view.

I'm not sure if you meant to share your .story file here but nothing was attaching. Replying via email does not include any attachments here within the forum - you'll need to visit this page and then include the attachments.
Oh yes – I think I was in the wrong location – sorry about that. It was one that had some additional information to Amelie from Rebecca. Let me know if you see it there.
I took a look at your file, and you have triggers to show particular layers based on a variable - but nothing to adjust the variable. Check out the updated attached version of your file.

Hi Sharon,
Are you able to share a copy of the .story file that you're working on here so that we could take a look at your triggers and slide properties?

Oh OK – thank you for pointing that out. I just uploaded it from the discussion concerning the Matching Drag and drop.
Hi Sharon,
In the other thread previously mentioned here? I'll take a look over there.

I think this will work -
Base Layer Slide Properties:
When revisiting - Reset to initial state
On your Incorrect and Try Again Layers, you will need a trigger that has this criteria:
Action - Jump to slide
Slide - select the slide number for the base layer
When - User clicks
Object - Continue
