"Missing-Key" error for Storyline 3 SCORM pacakge in LMS

Has anyone experienced the following error in their Storyline 3 LMS SCORM pacakge content - "missing key missing key-pair-id query parameter or cookie value".
It seems to only occur with the Safari browser and is a result of the "Prevent cross-site tracking" preference being enabled. If this preference is turned off, the content loads fine.
The SCORM package is being exported as HTML 5 only using Storyline 3 Update 4: 3.4.15731.0 and as SCORM 1.2.
The LMS is BrightSpace by D2L. They are investigating, but I have a feeling they will come back and say there is something wrong with the SCORM package. Just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this and if there was a work around other than telling users to edit their Safari settings.

That's an odd error and not one I've seen before!
You mentioned Update 4 of Storyline 3, and I also wanted to let you know we're now on Update 5. You can download it here.
An excellent way to rule out (or in) the LMS, is to test the same course somewhere else. SCORM Cloud is an easy to use, free (bonus!) option - take a look at the directions here. If you're not able to upload there, but you can share your .story file with me, I can test too.
Let me know how it goes with updating and testing outside your LMS! That'll point us towards the next troubleshooting steps.
Thanks Ashley, I'll give SCORM Cloud a try.
Brightspace handles SCORM objects differently now, they load them to AWS, my hunch is the cross site tracking issue is because the SCORM object is hosted on AWS while the LMS is hosted someplace else.
If the vendor ever gets back to us, I'll post their reply.

That could definitely be playing a role, and testing it out in SCORM Cloud should help narrow it down further. Keep us posted on what you find when testing there!
