Let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot the issue: Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive. Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360? Here are the instructions. If a repair doesn't solve the issue, I'd like to take a look at your .story file. Are you able to share your .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case?
