Mobile Issues

Hi,
I'm fairly new to Storyline. Been using other tools for 20 years. I created a test lesson and put in the LMS and the desktop seems to work fine. However, when I got to the mobile device (iPhone) I'm having many issues.
1) When the lesson comes up and with the "resume where you left off" question, there is no Yes or No buttons visible. I can use the next or previous buttons and get that question to go away.
2) None of the content will display. I see the background, and I hear audio on the one page that has audio, but I see no text, pictures, interactive buttons, questions...nothing.

Hi Rob, and welcome to Heroes! What you're describing is not the typical mobile experience, so I'm sorry that you're hitting some roadblocks! Let's see if we can figure out what's happening.
First, this is our article on publishing for mobile devices, and it offers a few considerations when choosing your publishing preferences.
Since you are viewing your content through an LMS, I would also upload your zipped published output to SCORM Cloud to do some testing. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine, and it'll provide a look at how your course would generally behave in any LMS. We use it to narrow down whether there is an issue with the course or with the LMS.
Are you able to upload your .story file here for testing? We'd be happy to have a look and work with you to get your course to view properly on the iPhone!
Hi Crystal and thanks for the help! Yes I did upload it to Scorm cloud and it plays fine on the desktop but I have the same issue on my iphone. Any next recommendations?
