I'm running a course in Moodle 3.7 using Articulate files, and learners are frequently having a glitch where clicking the slide trigger to advance, doesn't do anything and they are stuck. Sometimes they can get around it by clicking ahead on the left-side-menu navigation but other times it doesn't work.
This didn't happen when we were running the files on Moodle 3.4. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Many thanks!

What version of Storyline are you using to publish for LMS?
Is this happening on any browser or a certain one?
Are all learners affected; can you recreate the experience?
Next, I'd like to test the content in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud to see if the navigation breaks there. If that works, use this private upload link to share the. story file.
