Need to create a rewind button to rewind timeline by 10 seconds

Hi,
We have several requests from our clients to be able to rewind within slides.

In Captivate we have been able to use a couple of variables and some advanced actions to create a rewind 10 button, that will rewind the timeline 10 seconds, and stop when at the start of the slide. (see here)

We want to keep the seekbar as read only, as users can skip to the end of slides with the interactive seekbar.

Are there ways to do this?

We're using Storyline 360.
