Next button enable/disable rule OFF once slide has been viewed

I have added the : change state of Next button to disable when timeline starts and change state to enable when timeline ends. Now the learners want to navigate to previous slides but does not want to wait the entire timeline again to press next. Is there a way that I can say that if the slide has been viewed this rule no longer applies?

The easiest way to accomplish that is to use Restricted Navigation. That'll do all the work, without you having to add triggers.

If you only need to control a few slides, use variables and conditions so the Next button isn't disabled when the user returns to the slide.
